Supported Assets

Stratifyre supports 10 asset classes spanning traditional equities, derivatives, digital assets, and more. This page provides detailed information on each asset class, including where the data comes from, how much history is available, and what you can do with it.

US equities are the most widely traded asset class on Stratifyre, covering stocks listed on all major American exchanges.

US equities include both currently listed and historically delisted securities, which is critical for avoiding survivorship bias in backtests. Stratifyre tracks historical index composition so your S&P 500 backtest in 2010 uses the actual S&P 500 members from 2010 – not today’s list.

ETFs give you access to entire sectors, indices, commodities, and thematic strategies through a single instrument.
